Yoga in a small group

Be guided by a teacher with over 20 years experience in a small group with hands on corrections.
Eat delicious vegetarian Ayurvedic meals prepared on site with food allergies and preferences catered for.
Inbetween yoga sessions relax by the pool, rest or explore the charming surroundings.
*if the accomodation is complete there is the possibility of staying in the nearby village about 5km away. You will need to arrange this yourself and you will need a vehicle to travel.

Days will consist of asana practice of +_3 hours in the mornings.

In the evenings there will be various activities such as question and answer time, chanting, meditation etc. either before or after a pranayama and restorative class. +-1.5hrs

On the last day there will be a short morning practice so everyone can make their planes and trains.

You will have enough time to explore the beautiful countryside and time to rest and recuperate.

Cost - 1010€ - includes;

yoga course, 2 meals per day, shared accomodation (2 per room*), cleaning of rooms, use of the yoga room and all yoga props
